i recently had my nose broken by assult. My septum is fine but I did fracture it and had surgery to put the piece of bone that broke off back into place about a week ago. I have a cast on my nose. However, there is this bump on the side of my nose just outside the cast, and I am afraid that the bone broke off again. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but I’m worried. I get the cast off in 4 days. Is the bump swelling or cartilige or what? And is it possible that I might have to have the surgery again? thank you!!
