When my husband was younger, he had a severe sinus infection. He needed surgery to drain the nasal cavities. During this surgery, his nose was broken and then reset, but not correctly. Since that surgery his nose is a lot wider than his original nose (almost twice the width), he has a large scar on one side and he has trouble breathing. My question is, would this be considered reconstrutive surgery and would our insurance cover that being that this happened so many years ago?
